Crane Sports 1 - 0 Achilles 28/2/15
A 1-0 victory over second placed Achilles leaves Crane Sports 13 points ahead in the SIL senior division with a game in hand, needing to secure just 6 points from their remaining 7 games to claim the title.
Cranes' winning goal came after 10 minutes. Tye Webb cut in from the left wing and his shot from the edge of the penalty area found the bottom corner of Jack Foster's goal. Further chances fell to Cranes as Achilles struggled to contain the home side's lively forward line but Achilles held on to finish the half with their best attempt on goal a long shot from Ben Taylor.
The second half was a dour affair and with defences on top, Achilles best effort, a header from Kieran Donovan, just cleared the crossbar.
