David Grimwood scored in 3 minutes after good work by Gavin Van Oene and Andy Coote doubled the lead moments later. Van Oene then scored with a shot from the edge of the box and Liam Hillyard added two more goals before half time.

Ipswich Valley Rangers held out for much of the second half before Kieran Donovan scored Achilles sixth. The last quarter of the game was totally dominated by the visitors. Hillyard completed his hat trick, Jack Middle dribbled through for the eighth and Donovan added two more for his hat trick in the final minutes. Watt scored the IVR consolation just before half time.
